There was once a little girl who had all the keys to the universe and beyond. And she knew that being bound to earth in a human body has its limitations. Accepting this, the little girl made the best of her surroundings and family of origin. Anastasia learned early that being an addict of any kind did not suit her. She realized that a co-dependant lifestyle was just a dance to stay safe from scary people, feelings and things. Anastasia was gratefully led to many wise teachers. And to to integrate the knowledge that was imparted to her for many years she climbed up and fell down, and got up, again and again, which taught her perseverance.
Led by her faith and deep conviction to following her true heart and a love of people, she began her practice as a Hypnotherapist, Herbalist and Flower Essence Practitioner. For over 18 years Anastasia has been serving the community of seekers helping them discover their authentic selves. Knowing that there are shadows that can appear when one does work of this nature, she also knows that through trusting the process all is revealed at the perfect time.
